Return goods as conveniently as possible

Return of goods purchased at Conteria branches

You can return good quality goods to any Conteria branch in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, even if you bought them in another city in our network. You can return goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.

We accept goods for return that have not been used, have retained their marketable condition and consumer properties, with all factory seals and labels.

To return goods of proper quality, you need a cashier's check or other document confirming payment. Return without a receipt is not possible.

If you are not sure that your product can be returned, write to the customer support on the website.

If you find a fault or other defect in the product, you can contact any Conteria branch in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

Before coming to the branch, we recommend that you send an appeal to customer support on the website. In your appeal, please describe the defects of the product and attach photos. In this case we will inform you in advance about the preliminary decision on your appeal.

For the return you will need a cashier's check or other document confirming the payment. Return without a receipt is not possible.

There are different rules for returning goods under warranty and goods without warranty period.

  • If the product is within the warranty period and the warranty period has not expired, you may bring the product to any Conteria branch for quality inspection or repair under warranty. Before coming to the store, we recommend that you fill out the online contact form for a preliminary consultation on the return.
  • To return the product at the branch you will need:
  • warranty card or the conclusion of an authorized service center;
  • the product with all documents and accessories;
  • cash voucher or other document confirming payment.

Goods without warranty

  • If the product does not have a warranty period, but you want to return it, you can apply to the store within 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • To return it to the department you will need:
  • an expert opinion confirming the presence of a manufacturing defect in the goods;
  • the product with all documents and accessories;
  • a cash voucher or other document confirming payment.

Refund

  • The cost of the goods will be refunded in the same way the goods were paid for.
  • For cash refunds, an identification document will be required.
  • Methods of refund
  • in case of cash payment the refund will be made in the same form or to a bank card of your choice;
  • in case of cashless payment the money will be refunded to the bank card of your choice. The term of crediting the money depends on the bank that issued the card.
