Before coming to the branch, we recommend that you send an appeal to
customer support on the website. In your appeal, please describe the defects of the product and attach photos. In this case we will inform you in advance about the preliminary decision on your appeal.
For the return you will need a cashier's check or other document confirming the payment. Return without a receipt is not possible.
There are different rules for returning goods under warranty and goods without warranty period.
