In this case, we will give you the goods next to the entrance, in front of the apartment door or in the hallway.
If when placing an order for delivery you did not provide all the information about the features of the passage or building, be prepared to pay for additional services on the spot according to the rates.

Receiving an order
- We will notify you in advance before arriving at the address.
- A delivery service employee will contact you when they are on site. After arriving, he waits 15 minutes and leaves. If you were unable to receive the order, the re-delivery must be paid separately.
- If the driver does not arrive in time at the appointed time interval, the delivery will be free for you.
- Upon receipt of the goods, it is recommended to unpack them and check them with the order, as well as make sure that the goods and packaging are not damaged. You have 30 minutes to check the goods. An employee of the transport company will open the package in front of you.
- After the transfer of the goods, an employee of the transport company will take out the garbage — the top transport package, tape and other non-factory packaging removed during the inspection of the goods.
- After receiving and verifying the order, read the documents carefully and sign them. After signing the acceptance certificate, claims on the quantity and quality of the received goods will not be accepted.
Rejection of the product
If, upon receipt of the goods, you find that the product does not match the declared quality / quantity, or simply changed your mind, you can issue a complete cancellation of the order or of a specific product. To do this, fill out the acceptance certificate and return it along with the product to the delivery service employee.
