The cost of delivery

The shipping cost is not calculated automatically when placing an order on the website.
The final cost depends on:
- Volume and weight of the order;
- Types of goods in the order;
- The delivery rate;
- Delivery addresses and cities;
- Additional services (unloading, using a loader, movers, etc.)

After placing an order, our managers will calculate the cost of delivery and inform you in a convenient way.

Delivery cities

Conterie online store delivers goods to the following cities of Kazakhstan: Astana, Aktau, Aktobe, Atyrau, Balkhash, Zhezkazgan, Karaganda, Kokshetau, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Semey, Rudny, Taldykorgan, Taraz, Uralsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Shymkent, Ekibastuz.

If delivery to your city is not possible at the time of placing the order, we will notify you about it.

Types of delivery

Delivery to the street - a delivery service employee will unload the order to the street at your chosen location.

Delivery to the room / office - a delivery service employee unloads the order to the selected room (without moving to other rooms).

The exact hour is the delivery of the order at a convenient time during the selected hour. The cost of the service is fixed.

Manipulator — delivery and unloading of an order using a manipulator crane. The cost of the service is fixed.

Climbing the stairs to the floor — lifting goods manually if there is no elevator in the house or there is not enough space for the selected goods. If you did not order the service in advance and the product did not fit into the elevator, the service is paid on the spot at the established rates of lifting to the floor for every 100 kg.

A simple machine is a delay of the machine at the unloading site due to the fault of the buyer, for example, if you did not have time to unload the goods within the specified time. Each hour of machine downtime is charged additionally.

Delivery rules

We deliver goods only on public roads where freight transport can pass. The road must be covered with asphalt or dirt, and the surface is indicated on the map. We will not be able to deliver the order if the passage is unavailable due to difficult weather conditions. If it is impossible to get to the unloading point, we will stop as close as possible, without traffic violations and damage to transport. The driver parks so as to unload the goods safely, without interfering with pedestrians and other cars.

To take the elevator, you need free access to the landing and to the elevator.

Rules of delivery to the premises
We will deliver the goods to the premises if:
The width, height and length of corridors, stairs, openings and doors are larger than the product in the package, and it can be delivered to the specified location without obstacles.
For the delivery of bulky goods, the width of the doorway of the entrance door is at least 85 cm.
A place has been prepared for receiving the goods. Before delivery, clear the passage for moving the goods, protect the floor and walls, and remove fragile and expensive items that can be touched.
We will not be able to deliver the goods to the premises if there is no lighting on the way to it, as well as if the goods need to be lifted up narrow and non-standard flights, spiral staircases and unfinished structures. In this case, we will give you the goods next to the entrance, in front of the apartment door or in the hallway.

If when placing an order for delivery you did not provide all the information about the features of the passage or building, be prepared to pay for additional services on the spot according to the rates.

Receiving an order

  • We will notify you in advance before arriving at the address.
  • A delivery service employee will contact you when they are on site. After arriving, he waits 15 minutes and leaves. If you were unable to receive the order, the re-delivery must be paid separately.
  • If the driver does not arrive in time at the appointed time interval, the delivery will be free for you.
  • Upon receipt of the goods, it is recommended to unpack them and check them with the order, as well as make sure that the goods and packaging are not damaged. You have 30 minutes to check the goods. An employee of the transport company will open the package in front of you.
  • After the transfer of the goods, an employee of the transport company will take out the garbage — the top transport package, tape and other non-factory packaging removed during the inspection of the goods.
  • After receiving and verifying the order, read the documents carefully and sign them. After signing the acceptance certificate, claims on the quantity and quality of the received goods will not be accepted.

Rejection of the product

If, upon receipt of the goods, you find that the product does not match the declared quality / quantity, or simply changed your mind, you can issue a complete cancellation of the order or of a specific product. To do this, fill out the acceptance certificate and return it along with the product to the delivery service employee.
