Pickup of goods

When placing an order, select a warehouse in your city for delivery.
Our manager will inform you about the readiness of the order, the place of receipt and the storage period.

The shelf life of the order prepared for delivery is limited. The order is stored for no more than 7 (seven) days following the day of the order. After the expiration of the period, the order will be disbanded, after which a refund will be made (if the ordered product was pre-paid).

To receive an order, contact the warehouse administrator and tell us the order number. Upon receipt of the goods, it is recommended to unpack them and check them with the order, as well as make sure that the goods and packaging are not damaged.
After signing the acceptance certificate, claims on the quantity and quality of the received goods will not be accepted.

If at the time of receipt you find that the product does not match the declared quality / quantity, or simply changed your mind, you can issue a complete cancellation of the order or of a specific product. In case of prepayment of the order, the money will be refunded within 10 calendar days.
