- Substantiation of receipt and control of primary documentation (invoices, acts of reconciliation, powers of attorney, advance reports, cash register, receipt of TMZ and services, etc.);
- reflection on accounting accounts of operations related to the movement of fixed assets, inventory and cash;
- collection and accounting of original primary accounting documents, outgoing and incoming;
- ensuring safety of accounting documents, organization of storage;
- execution of works on execution/verification of documentation for realization of goods, issuing invoices for payment;
- control of accounts receivable and accounts payable, work with counterparties on sending / receiving, comparison of documents, preparation of reconciliation acts;
- inventory. OS accounting;
- management of administrative and economic issues;
- office work;
- fulfillment of other instructions from the management.
