Requirements for a concrete base
Endurance. The tear strength of the finished substrate must be more than 1.5 N/sq.mm (1.5 Mpa). To do this, the surface to be coated must comply with SNiP 2.03.13-88 Floors and SNiP 3.04.01.87 Insulation and finishing materials, that is, be dry, free of lime (cement) milk, dust and other chemicals that reduce adhesion. If the strength of the concrete is below the norm, then the risk of concrete peeling increases. The compressive strength of the base is recommended to be more than 20 Mpa.
Humidity. The humidity during the installation of polymer coatings should be less than 4% to prevent the polymer from peeling off the base or its subsequent destruction. If the base is soil, it is necessary to prepare high-quality waterproofing.
Temperature. It is necessary to ensure a stable temperature regime, recommended by the technical documentation, above +15 ° C. If this condition is met, the rate of chemical reactions, spreading, and consumption of the mixture does not slow down.

The technology of the construction of concrete floors

Grinding, surface leveling.
