Epoxy self-leveling floors are a two-component mixture consisting of a base and a hardener. The components include artificial resin, polymer hardener, dyes, filler in the form of quartz sand.
The service life of such a coating is more than 15 years, while maintaining its original characteristics. The composition meets environmental safety requirements, does not contain harmful substances that affect the environment. The coating can be made immediately colored. They are operated in the temperature range from 0 to +50 degrees Celsius.

Epoxy polymer floors comply with the list of requirements of GOST 50766-95. The composition can be applied at any time of the year, without maintaining the temperature regime, at any humidity.
Technology and features of laying epoxy floors
Conteria specialists create epoxy self-leveling floors using the following technology:

Cleaning, degreasing, removing stains from the current concrete surface, repairing (if necessary) the base, grinding and dedusting.

Priming the surface to ensure optimal adhesion with epoxy resin. If necessary, we ground it in several layers.

Fill the main layer of the composition, evenly, with a thickness of 1.5 mm. We provide a technological break for drying from 6 to 8 hours.

If you need to implement a decorative solution, or increase the strength of the coating, a second layer is applied. The time of complete drying of the second layer is up to 7 days.
If a self–leveling floor is required to be applied to fresh concrete, then it is necessary to withstand the period of complete solidification of concrete - at least 28 days. For the application of the composition, the recommended air temperature is in the range from +5 to +24 degrees Celsius. It is necessary to exclude drafts in the room in order to ensure uniform solidification of the material.
